RGA Enterprises is a privately-held, contract manufacturer of liquid cleaning and disinfectant products, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.

THE CHALLENGE

RGA was looking to increase awareness and sales among large consumer package goods providers nationwide. The primary goal was to generate qualified leads from companies that develop liquid cleaning solutions in household, automotive and detergent categories.

THE STRATEGY

A paid search campaign was launched to generate traffic to a new website and reach targeted CPG companies actively searching for contract manufacturing services. The paid search campaign became one of the top traffic acquisition channels and source of 35% of all traffic to the site, helping to significantly grow their prospect base.

THE RESULTS

In the first 100 days, the campaign generated more than 80 website inquiries (form submissions), including several top-tier prospects, equating to a 4% conversion rate. The conversion rate from paid search traffic was 60% higher than other channels. The new website and paid search campaign quickly paid dividends as RGA converted one inquiry into a large client in the first quarter.
